Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hue Doors website and Shopify apps, including Food Label JP Light and SafetyDocs Lite (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Use of the Services
You must use the Services in accordance with applicable law, Shopify terms, and these Terms. You may not misuse the Services, infringe third-party rights, or interfere with the Services or their infrastructure.
2. Merchant-provided information
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of food labeling, safety information, warnings, business details, documents, and other content you enter or publish through the Services.
3. No legal or regulatory guarantee
The Services are tools for entering, organizing, storing, and displaying information. They do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, certification requirement, or marketplace rule. Consult qualified professionals or relevant authorities when needed.
4. Fees
Paid-app fees, trials, and billing cycles are governed by the terms shown in the Shopify App Store or Shopify admin at the time of purchase. If pre-release website information differs from the purchase screen, the Shopify purchase terms control.
5. Changes and availability
We may modify or suspend features for maintenance, security, Shopify platform or API changes, or other reasonable operational reasons.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in the Services, including names, designs, code, and Hue Doors-created content, belong to Hue Doors or the applicable rights holder. Merchants retain rights in the product information they provide.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hue Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use may constitute acceptance of updated Terms where permitted by law.
