What does Hue Doors Easy Export export?
Shopify order and product information. You can select the available fields, reorder columns, and filter the records before downloading.
Which file formats are available?
Free supports CSV. Lite supports both CSV and Excel (.xlsx).
How much does the app cost?
Free is $0. Lite is planned at $1.99 USD every 30 days, using Shopify-hosted subscription management.
What is included in Free?
Two completed exports per UTC month, up to 300 rows per file and 600 total rows per month, eight export attempts per UTC day, and one saved template.
What is included in Lite?
Twenty completed exports per UTC month, up to 2,000 rows per file and 20,000 rows per month, 60 export attempts per UTC day, and three saved templates.
Why might my export be incomplete?
Your per-file or monthly row allowance may have been reached. Use narrower date filters and export in batches.
Can I export orders older than 60 days?
The app uses standard Shopify order access, which usually covers the most recent 60 days unless additional access is approved. This app does not request older-order access.
Do failed attempts count?
They count toward the separate daily attempt limit, but only completed exports consume the monthly completed-export allowance.
Do you keep copies of my files?
No. The app returns a generated file directly to your browser. App session details, usage counters and saved templates are stored for the service to work.
How do I manage my plan?
After release, follow the Plans link inside the app to Shopify-hosted subscription management.
