Hue Doors Easy Export Support
Help with order and product exports, file downloads, saved templates, and subscriptions.
Quick start
- After release, install Hue Doors Easy Export and open it in the Shopify admin.
- Choose Orders or Products. Set your date range, status, columns and column order.
- Select CSV, or select XLSX when subscribed to Lite. Choose Export file.
- Open the downloaded file from your browser. Adjust filters if the row limit truncates the results.
- Save a template if you use the same fields repeatedly.
File or download problems
If a file is incomplete, check the per-export and monthly row limits, then narrow the selected date range. If Shopify takes too long, reduce the date range and try again. Browser failures after file generation may still count as completed exports.
Billing and usage limits
Free includes 2 completed exports, 300 rows/file, 600 rows per UTC month and 8 attempts per UTC day. Lite is $1.99 USD every 30 days and includes 20 completed exports, 2,000 rows/file, 20,000 rows per UTC month and 60 daily attempts. Lite also includes Excel XLSX and 3 saved templates instead of 1.
Privacy
Exported files are delivered to your browser rather than retained on our servers. Access to Shopify order data is subject to Shopify permissions and standard history limits. Read the Hue Doors Privacy Policy.
